May 8, 2014 Primula Auricula Umbrella….. by Karen B When it rains, why not take shelter amidst the flowers, like this sweet stone frog? I think those Primula Auriculas make the most delightfully fragrant umbrella, don’t you? Share this:TwitterFacebookPinterestPrintLike this:Like Loading... Related
My favourite flower (today)! Xxx
That is so sweet and so true! I am just photographing black parrot Tulips…and Lilac! And last week it was pale pink and green variegated Ranunculus! A few more favourites there I think! x x
I do think they made a wonderful umbrellas for your wonderful frog. (Karen, do you know frogs like water? 🙂 i’m joking!) Stunning photograph & beautiful flowers. As always! ~amy
Thank you so much Amy.
Perfect picture. There could be a story with this one. You have such a knack.
Thank you Gretchen. I am so glad you like it. It was such a relief to take a photo I was satisfied with. I often don’t post because I can’t get things right!
Beautiful primulas too Karen.. “Frogs Brollies” sounds ok to me 🙂
Thanks so much! I think you have to live in England to understand why frogs might get tired of the rain.
What what a lovely flower, such vibrant colours or maybe the frog makes them look that way.
Oh, Auriculas are very special; a showy member of the Primula family. How great that you dropped in and left a comment. Thank you.
