One day, when I get time, I must do a post on my cocktail cabinet. I love glasses and have a big collection ( no surprise there). My favourite glass of all is a coupe glass for Champagne. Some restaurants in England now use those instead of the tulip shaped ones. They make a glass of fizz so very decadent!
Love those glasses! I finally put out a post today about the Inspiring Blogger award you so very kindly bestowed upon me, Karen. Thank-you again so much! Have a wonderful weekend. xoxoxoxoxox
Oh, I am so glad you like them! Your blog is totally wonderful, so please don’t thank me. We should all be thanking you for creating something which spreads so much love, joy and inspiration. I have seen your amazing post and the first thing I have to say is that I am seriously suffering from Knitted cat ENVY! How adorable is that cute kitty! And how clever is Johanna! More of that when I catch up with your post. x x x
Ohlalala, some one has a parteee coming up. And of course in Sweet-Baby-Veg style. You have a Great Time too!!! xox Johanna
ps do not tell anyone..I had these glasses too and I killed them by putting them in the dishwasher…..
wonderful old glasses and colors, even though I’m not really a fan of the fifties. Have a wonderful week-end, too, Karen and keep us inspired by your beautiful photos, regards Mitza
Thanks so much Mitza. I had been trying to take a shot like that for ages, where there was a row of objects. I employed a professional photographer once and he took a shot like that. So I feel I have really achieved something by doing it! x
Beautiful! Have a lovely weekend, Karen! x
Thanks Lucy. I love little shot glasses and these have a little sparkle which makes me smile. x
What a great photo! And the shot glasses are so perfect–I love their look. Puts me in the mood for an adult beverage . . . 😉
